In accordance with the 2nd of January 1970 Act, regulating real estate professions, PELAPRAT real estate‘s fees are only due when its mission is completed (in other words, when the deed of sale or lease is signed). No administrative fees to pay on the day of signing the deed of sale.

- For the purchase of a property: from 1 to 2.5% incl. tax. of the buying price
- Price of the property < 300 000 € : 2,5% incl. tax.
- 300 001 € < Price of the property < 500 000 € : 2,25% incl. tax
- 500 001 € < Price of the property < 700 000 € : 2% incl. tax.
- 700 001 € < Price of the property < 1 000 000 € : 1,5 %incl. tax.
- Price of the property > 1 000 001 € : 1% incl. tax.
- For the purchase of an investment property, retail or office space or showroom: 1 to 3% of the purchase price excl.tax.
- Price of the property< 1 000 000 € : 3% excl. tax.
- 1 000 001 € < Price of the property < 2 000 000 € : 2% excl. tax.
- Price of the property > 2 000 001 € : 1% excl. tax.
- For the rental of retail or office space, show room: 18% of the annual rent (excl.tax.)before rental fees
