In accordance with the 2nd of January 1970 Act regulating real estate professions, PELAPRAT real estate‘s fees are only due when its mission is completed (in other words, when the deed of sale or lease is signed).
No administrative fees to pay on the day of signing the deed of sale.

Conformément à la loi du 2 janvier 1970 régissant la profession immobilière, les honoraires de PELAPRAT Immobilier sont dus une fois la mission réalisée, c’est-à-dire à la signature de l’acte authentique ou du contrat de bail.
Aucun frais de dossier n’est demandé à la signature du mandat
